The University of Michigan Survey Research Center (SRC) is hiring a Social Worker MSW. 

For over 60 years, the Survey Research Center at the Institute for Social Research (ISR) has been a national and international leader in interdisciplinary social science research involving the collection of analysis of data from scientific sample surveys.  Survey Research Operations (SRO) is the operations branch of the SRC, and provides a wide range of services in the area of survey and statistical design, data collection and processing, and data analysis.

Survey Research Operations (SRO) is seeking to fill a position that requires a licensed mental health professional.   The primary function of this position will be to provide telephone risk assessments, short term support, and/or resource information to research Respondents referred from multiple Survey Research Operations (SRO) sources, such as direct research Interviewer referral, toll-free call line staff, project supervisory staff, or referrals flagged after Respondent completion of Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI), or web-based surveys. This position involves work demands outside of normal work week and business hours and response to referrals within time periods specified by project protocols (e.g., within 24 hours), though travel is not expected.  Familiarity with informed consent procedures for research subjects and research ethics is desired.
