Wednesday, May 3, 2017The Washington Center’s D.C. Academic Internship Program has three components: the internship, the evening course, and the LEAD Colloquium. One of the many things that makes The Washington Center’s program so valuable is its combination of real-world experience and academic coursework. You’ll choose from a wide variety of courses offered to complement your internship and deepen your understanding of your chosen field. You’ll hear from and engage with leaders and wrestle with important local, national, and international issues through the LEAD Colloquium. Lastly, you’ll complete a professional portfolio that will help you reflect upon your expereince in Washington.
The fall program’s fee is $8,178 with an additional housing cost of $5,820, as well as the possbility of scholarships.
