Project Manager, Education Policy Initiative

The University of Michigan seeks a project manager to become an active member of the Education Policy Initiative (EPI) and Youth Policy Lab (YPL). Established in 2012, EPI is a program within the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy that brings together a diverse set of scholars focused on the generation and dissemination of high-quality education policy research. The initiative disseminates best practices in education reform to local, state, and national policymakers and trains graduate students and others to conduct cutting-edge research in education.

This position will serve as project manager for several research projects and will also support the overall mission of the Education Policy Initiative and Youth Policy Lab. Responsibilities include project management, agency relations, infromation dissemination, supervision of research assistants, and research administration. They seek candidates with a master’s degree in public policy, education, political science, or another relevant social science discipline.
